    Problema Peugeot 206 1.1 44kw

    Sunt nou posesor de Peugeot 206 1.1 44kw coupe am o problema si anume un sunte ciudat la motor sau din zona aia se aude
    Am facut un filmulet poate cineva a avut problema asta ...




    am reusit sa fac o diagnoza cu un aparat Autel Maxiscan si imi da codul

    Throttle Actuator Ctrl Mod Perf

    Indicator

    This code indicates that the PCM (or one of the other supporting control modules) has detected a malfunction in the throttle actuator control motor circuit. These control modules may include (but are not limited to) the PCM, the transmission control module, the body control module, the antilock brake control module, the instrument panel control module, the fuel injection control module, the turbo control module, the anti-theft module, the cruise control module, the traction control module, proximity alert module, and the climate control module. Some models initiate a forced idle condition, a forced engine shutdown, or a forced reduction in power, if the PCM recognizes a throttle actuator control system malfunction.
    Code Set Parameters

    In the event of throttle actuator control motor circuit error, a trouble code will be stored and a service engine soon lamp may be illuminated. Some models require multiple drive cycles (as many as 8) with a failure in order for the service engine soon lamp to be illuminated and others will activate it on the initial failure.
    Symptoms

    Symptoms may include black smoke at startup, poor or no acceleration, a no start condition, misfire at idle, start and stall If this code is stored, and a service engine soon lamp has not yet been illuminated, the code may be shown as a pending code.
    Common Causes

    The most likely cause of this code being stored is a defective throttle actuator control motor, throttle position actuator, throttle position sensor, or pedal position sensor. Other causes may include corroded, open, or shorted wiring or connectors in the throttle actuator motor or CAN Bus harness, a loose control module ground strap or broken ground wire.
    Common Misdiagnosis

    Symptoms and stored codes that are present as a reaction to a communication failure are often misdiagnosed and repaired as the cause of the problem. Obviously, this leads to an unsuccessful repair. Engine misfire codes, lean exhaust codes, fuel injector codes, and virtually any other drivability or transmission code that is accompanied by a controller communication code can potentially be a pitfall for misdiagnosis. Follow the rule that says to diagnose codes in the order in which they are stored and you will improve you chances for a successful diagnosis. Utilize freeze frame data to help you determine which codes were stored first.

    Pare zgomot de role, rulmenti (alternator de regula). Verifica si jocul supapelor.

    bun deci cred ca am gasit ce este... mi se aprinde in bord un simbol galben ..cred ca este ABS...daca virez pe loc stanga dreapta se aude un carait...
    treaba e ca uneori vad ca dispare ...cand apare in mers .... lichid este in vasul de SERVO... sa fie pompa ? sau ce as putea cauta ?

    nu am diagnoza decat un Autel 609Ms nu vede masina deoarece este din 1998 ...deci prea veche
    inca doua chestii ciudate ..masina nu are TUROMETRU si nici bara stabilizatoare sau bielete antiruliu

    cred ca totusi va trebuii sa merg la un mecanic BUN sa vad ce si cum deoarece cand pornesc uneori scoate fum albastru mult...deci semeringuri supape etc cine stie ce o mai fi sau ulei necorespunzator in motor...

    are cineva idee cat ar costa o segmentare la acest motor ? la SH am gasit motor 1.1 44kw cu 700 ron ...

    Si celalalt motor are, cu sigurantă, uzură. Motoarele pe benzină sunt simple asfel că o segmentare, verificarea chiuloasei, refacerea scaunelor si inlocuirea semeringurilor te duce cam tot pe acolo, in plus stii ca ai un motor ce functionează in parametri.

    am inlocuit bobina de inductoie..si surpriza masina mergea OK ...pana mi-a venit sa schimb si bujiile cu unele NOI Denso TT Iridium etc ...dupa iar turatie oscilanta se tureaza in mers .... am pus inapoi bujiile vechi..dar degeaba FUM albastru mult pe esapament mers intrerupt... deja ma dispera masina asta

    ar mai fi ceva ...de la cine am luat masina am vazut ca uleiul folosit era Lukoil 10w40..iar eu in specificatii am vazut ca se recomanda 5w40 Esso sau Total 7000 Quartz Semi Sintetic 5w40... se poate sa faca asa de la uleiul ala ?

    apropo de segmentare cat ar putea costa maxim ?

    Inainte de segmentare fa-i un test de compresie. Inlocuieste semeringurile de la supape (nu e nevoie de demonat chiuloasa) si verifica jocul supapelor. Pretul este in functie de orele de munca si tariful practicat de fiecare service.

    am facut programare la mecanic ; pana una alta am curatat vechile bujii si parca e mai OK insa se aude BATAIA asta si fum alb/albastru




    sa fie de la injectoare ? le-am masurat cu multimetru au aceiasi rezistenta ....
